Warranty

All AEGs and related accessories come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturer defect. 747 Imports also offers a 10-day return period for customers who are not satisfied with the product upon visual inspection. If the gun has not been fired or mishandled, and is in its original box with all its contents, simply return said items along with the invoice and 747 Imports will refund your money minus a 10% re-stocking and freight fee.
WARRANTY
747 offers a limited warranty which covers manufactures defects only.  In order to ensure there is no confusion regarding our policy we ask that you thoroughly read all terms and conditions regarding this warranty.  This warranty covers only any malfunction related to a defect incurred during manufacturing.  This does not cover user misuse, abuse or any mistreatment by the purchaser.  All warranties will be validated only after inspection and verification of item by 747 Imports.

Things covered in our warranty include:

Shorted fuse.  If gun does not fire and battery is working and charged, you may have a defective fuse, which we will gladly replace.

Any cracks or breakage in the body of the gun.  This does not include minor hair like scratches.  But if something is broken upon first opening the box, we will replace it once it has been inspected and determined that the break was indeed an original defect.

Any problems with a defective battery or charger.  If battery will not hold an initial charge after 13 hours of charging, you may have a shorted wire in the battery or charger, which we will gladly replace.

Please be aware that it is rare a manufacturers defect occurs with these items as they are of extremely high quality.  We do strive for full customer satisfaction and realize that at times a defect may occur in production.  In this event we will gladly replace any defective item.  Please call 404-231-4500 with any warranty requests or questions. If breakage occurs due to purchasers use, we do have an onsite technician who will gladly fix the item.  Please call the above number for repair prices.

Some items NOT covered in the warranty include: 

Stripped gears due to firing while gun is jammed or clogged.  If a jam occurs STOP FIRING at once and clean the jam.  Do not force any parts of this gun as they will strip or break. DO NOT dry fire the gun.  This will strip the gears as well.

Upgraded guns will fall under the same 30-day manufacturer warranty but will not be refunded for any reason.  

DO NOT use cocking lever (charging handle) as a real steel cocking lever would be used.  If you pull back and let it loose quickly or pull on it harshly, in essence snapping the cocking lever, it will break off.  This is not covered under the warranty.  As stated above, these are replicas and although quite sturdy, you are not dealing with real steel.

747 does not warranty any gun that has been “opened” up or worked on by the purchaser.  This inhibits our ability to determine if there was a manufacturers defect in the first place. 

DO NOT use excessive force on the retractable and folding stocks, or any other part of these items.  Any breakage due to “rough handling” will not be covered under the warranty.

Removal of Orange Barrel or any other modifications made by the purchaser, voids all warranties and returns.
