747 Imports Waiver Form!!!

Warning!!! To complete an order, 747 Imports must receive in writing the following statement signed, dated, and listing your Drivers License #. We will not, under any circumstances, ship a product without this information. This waiver form is for insurance purposes only. It basically states that you are at least 18, have read the warranty given and will not hold us responsible for your actions.

I_____________________________ (Purchasers Name Printed), the buyer of any product from 747 Imports, as of (Date)_________________________ do hereby state that I have read and understand all warnings, liabilities, and warranties related to the products offered and hold harmless 747 Imports and all of it's agents of any and all legal action. I understand that it it is my responsibility to ask for insured shipping. I will not make any claims against 747 Imports for lost shipments due to carrier (UPS) or US Mail. I will make all claims against lost shipments with carrier.  I understand that removal of any warning stickers or any protective markings will violate federal law and our warranty. Furthermore, I understand federal law states that the use of any look-alike, toy gun in the use of a crime carries the full ramifications of a real gun. I understand that all products come with a manufacturer's warranty of 30 days. I have read and understand completely 747’s warranty stipulations outlined on the warranty page. If I am not satisfied with any Air Soft products purchased from 747 Imports, I may return the product within 10 days of receipt and receive purchase price minus a 10% restocking and freight fee. I understand product(s) must be returned in unfired, unused, and unaltered condition and that the original box and contents must accompany product. I understand that all upgraded guns are under the same warranty but cannot be refunded. Clearance items are as is and not refunded.  I understand that any alteration of these requirements will result in 747 Imports returning product(s) to me. I understand that if I have any questions I may call 404-231-4500 for more information. I am above the age of 18 and do not know of any local or state laws that would prohibit me from purchasing or owning the products listed herein. I hereby state that all questions have been answered truthfully and I hold harmless 747 Imports and all of it's agents harmless of any and all legal action arising from my purchase from aforementioned company.
